Beechwood Cancer Care Centre in Stockport is kicking off its summer of fun with events from afternoon tea to golf.
The summer gift and plant market will be held on Saturday, June 18, between 10.30am and 1pm with refreshments, at the centre on Chelford Grove, Bridgehall.
There will be an afternoon tea on Friday, June 10, between 1pm and 3pm, to mark the Queen’s 90th birthday.
The afternoon is just £10 and will be held at the centre with fizz and entertainment.
The annual Beechwood golf day will be held at Stockport Golf Club on June 30, from 11am until 4pm, including a four ball, meal and entertainment.
A team of four costs £400 and there is limited availability. Beechwood is interested in hearing from businesses that would like to sponsor the event.
Beechwood fundraising manager Angela Gray said: “Our summer events will keep everyone entertained, whether you want a round of golf, indulge in fizz and cake or treat yourself to a new plant.
“Please join us to help support people living with cancer in your area.”
