Comedian Jimmy Cricket is among the stars on show at the Stockport Plaza in January.
Cricket will return to The Plaza for an afternoon matinee on Sunday, January 28.
Just like his previous three shows, Jimmy will have lots of surprises and guests for what has become a traditional fixture at The Plaza for late January.
Jimmy will again welcome Stockport’s Debut Arts Academy, who performed some wonderful dance routines during Jimmy’s last show back in January 2016.
Plaza manager Ted Doan said: “Throw in musical interludes from Jimmy’s other guests, a bit of mayhem from the man himself, and this promises to be another afternoon to blow away the blues at the start of 2018.
“With tickets capped again at a family-friendly £10 and children at £5, this is an affordable chance to see a live show at The Plaza theatre.”
On Saturday, January 20, join the Edinburgh Fringe’s favourite housewife Barbara Nice when the entrance price includes a free raffle ticket.
Catch Barbara as she sets out to be all-conquering after her four-part BBC Radio 2 sitcom broadcast in March 2017.
Better still, experience this critically acclaimed character comedy live – played by Phoenix Nights’ actress and comedian Janice Connolly.
Also in January, catch the number-one Elvis tribute show, multi-award winning Rob Kingsley.
From Sun Studios, the movie years, the 1968 comeback and a breathtaking concert years finale, it will be an experience you will never forget.
Times and prices for all shows at the Plaza can be found on its website, in person from The Plaza box office, or by calling the booking line on 0161 477 7779.
