Free week of fitness at Life Leisure Cheadle

Life Leisure Cheadle is running a free week of activity in a new initiative to get Cheadle active.

The week of activity, from February 22-28, has something for all the family, from swimming to gym sessions to studio-based classes.

There will be dedicated mums and tots sessions, over 60s exercise classes, coffee mornings and even specialist advice on how to take the first step to get more active.

Specialist fitness sessions will also be running for locals who are already exercising but would like to learn some new training techniques.

The aim of the week is to promote physical activity and exercise and its importance to a fitter future for the community.

At the end of Getting Cheadle Active week, participants will be entered into a prize draw to be in with a chance of winning 6 months multisite Life Leisure gym membership.

To join us during this week of activity simply pick up a flyer from reception at Life Leisure Cheadle.

Local shops will also be promoting the event in Cheadle and flyers will also be available on the 19thand 20th February in the Village with the Life Leisure team on hand to give you more details.

For a copy of the full timetable of activity during the week visit the Life Leisure Cheadle website or call 0161 428 3216.
