Due to an unplayable pitch in St Helens, this game was re-arranged for Priestnall in wintry conditions with Heaton Moor running in eleven tries for a 71-0 victory.
There were barely five minutes on the clock when Max Savage drove over the line after some neat work by Finn Blakeborough, Nick Tenney converting.
From the kick-off Declan McGeehan superbly caught the high ball and after great support by Hasham Gondal, Asa Bottomley created and finished for a try and then followed up with another after an intelligent kick by Joe Kilbride.
Dylan Starkie got in on the act with a double either side of an impressive try from Kilbride, Evan Coffey then touching down just before half-time with Moor enjoying a healthy lead of 45-0.
The second half showed no let-up in Moor’s professional attitude as the young Merseysiders struggled to contain the onslaught.
Starkie completed his hat-trick to cap a brilliant performance, tries also from Angus Boothroyd and Jonno Glanfield.
But the piece de resistance came from a clearance by the St Helens defence, Boothroyd picked up on the halfway line, offloaded to Tom Whitehead, who went on a mesmerising run, scoring a wonderful individual try.
Nick Tenney also showed his tremendous kicking capabilities scoring eight from eleven conversion attempts, some from tricky angles in difficult kicking conditions in a true captain’s display.
