Volunteers are needed to join the retail team at Stockport charity Beechwood Cancer Care Centre.
Beechwood, which supports people living with cancer and other serious illnesses and bereavement, has positions available at its charity shops across the borough to help with launching its Spring merchandise.
Community and volunteering manager Lorraine Fairclough said: “We really need the support of the community and would love people to get in touch with us about volunteering.
“We have roles that will suit lots of different people – whether you have a passion for fashion, a nose for a good book, can spot a collectable from a mile off or maybe an ex-retail worker who can offer your flair and expertise.
“For those looking for experience, this role also offers a great step into the retail industry – with a full induction, training and support.”
Beechwood needs £5,000 a day to support its patients, families and friends through serious illness and bereavement.
