Manchester Airports Group Property adds to its development team

Emily Speak will be responsible for property management across MAG Property’s core portfolio

Manchester Airports Group (MAG) Property, the property and development arm of the country’s leading airport group, is building on its exertise and has appointed Emily Speak as an Asset Manager.

Emily (pictured above) will be responsible for property management across MAG Property’s core portfolio – at its Manchester and London Stansted airports, which includes airport properties from lounges and ticket desks to staff and crew accommodation, including airside offices and engineering rooms.

Emily joins the team from Travis Perkins plc where she was responsible for their North England, Scotland and Northern Ireland property portfolio.

At Travis Perkins, Emily looked after all of the businesses within the group including Wickes, CCF, Keyline and Toolstation. Prior to this, she worked at JLL for 5 years in Manchester within the landlord & tenant department, after pursuing a secondment in Paris and 18 months in valuation.
