Stockport based Arnold Plant Hire has worked with Solutions SK to design a dedicated JCB for the Solutions SK fleet which will promote this local charity.
The striking design is intended to catch the attention of the passing public and raise awareness of St Ann’s Hospice, as well as prompting other business owners to think about carrying out similar campaigns.
The Big JCB Reveal
The big reveal of the specially designed pilot JCB took place on Thursday 7th April, at St Ann’s Hospice in Heald Green.
To celebrate this initiative, the Mayor of Stockport was present to unveil the vehicle, which we hope will lead to a long and successful partnership.
Councillor Andrew Verdeille says: “As Mayor of Stockport I am delighted to support this wonderfully imaginative scheme devised by Arnold Plant Hire and Solutions SK. This will raise the profile of St Ann’s and the wonderful work that they do.
“I am delighted to be associated with two of Stockport’s high profile companies and proud to support such an imaginative scheme.”
Jo Burton of St Ann’s Hospice also comments: “As a local charity we rely on the support of the community. This will help to raise our profile and let people know we are here for them when they need us.”
Stephen Morris, MD of Solutions SK, says: “This has been a fantastic project to work on with Arnold Plant Hire and St Anne’s Hospice. There has been a great sense of unity between all of us to ensure we came up with a design which would look great, and attract interest from everyone who sees it. Most importantly, raises funds for St Anne’s Hospice and the marvelous work it carried out.”
Philip Oldham, MD of Arnold Plant Hire Ltd, adds: “We have supported national charities for a number of years, namely Cancer Research & NSPCC. With our latest project we wanted to support a Charity closer to home. Joining forces with Solutions SK who are both a long standing client, seemed like a fantastic opportunity for all parties.”
